What's new in Checklist Version 7.5.1 (Released 18th Jan 2007)
Development
- Service and filter tab: For new project files only. Category options imported or created will be listed.
- Services and filter tab: Filter selection refresh doesn’t now require other tab selection.
- Results print out: DQ!! Will appear at the column head where data quality is flagged as an issue.
- Change time units: This will now only apply to filtered in services.
- Note boxes: All note boxes now have the global change function.
- Future and Model tab - Extra upstream activity: This can be set to null both globally and individually
- Future and Future Demand tab – Growth method: This now has a global change option.
- Future and Future Demand tab – Growth value: For all methods this now allows negative values.
- Urgency wizard: allows week time band selection in combination with the monthly benchmark data. Caution time unit selection doesn’t alter benchmark banding time lengths which are fixed at 1 month and 3 months.
- Future and Model tab - Extra upstream activity: The selection of streams is now left to the user. This allows one stream to be selected if that is all you require.
Clarification
- Setting a service to non waiting list excludes the waiting list size from the projection calculations.
- The second set of “Extra upstream activity” cells can be globally changed from the tools menu under edit and global change. You must first place the cursor in one of the second set of “Extra upstream activity” cells.

recent changes.

Checklist files structure document now reflects all recent changes.

of suspended patients when using the special rules has been fixed.

Checklist Version 7.4.0 (Released 27 September 2004)
Major improvements
The introduction of special rules in raw data
import allowing the activity to be imported at HRG level and the
additions, removals and waiting list sizes to be apportioned or
calculated (see the Payment by Results tab for documents containing more
information).
There is a new finance tab and a new finance
section in Projections results which shows funding and costs as
needed for Payment by Results.
The speed of patient level data import has
been improved. In cases where there are many categories with
many options there is an 8 times reduction in the time taken to
complete the import.
Minor improvements
Scenarios are now available in the History and Historical Profile
tabs.
Checklist will now save the currently selected scenarios as well as
the filter settings for categories and scenarios. When a project
file is re-opened these will be re-instated.
Subtotalling is now available in Profiling results.
Subtotalling is now also available in Shapes results.
Blank historical waiting list sizes are now interpreted as zero.
An error message when the IntendedPriority field in the Additions
table is missing has been introduced for text import.
The urgency profile wizard now has no limit on the number of raw
data records allowed.
Two new options on the right click menu for Target List Sizes.
Targets can be set to the list size at the end of the historical
period or that at the start of the modelling period for all filtered
in services.
Bed numbers required by a service are now shown to 1 decimal place
so that rounding errors will no longer produce misleading results
when sub-totalling.
Bug fixes
Run time error caused by the user not having
security access to alter Registry settings will not occur again
(e.g. after warning message about the licence)
The problem where the next/previous page buttons were enabled
whenever a chart was selected has been fixed.
The problem where a file could not be re-opened when saved after
importing data with very many categories and options has been fixed.
When changes were made to the selection of a future demand scenario
this was not reflected when hovering over the options button in
Projections results. This has been fixed.
Some waiting times were being displayed in hours, this has been
fixed.
A run-time error caused by scenarios being shown when using the
follow-on model which were filtered out in the base project file has
been fixed. The filtered out scenarios will no longer be
available from the follow-on model.
