Automatic Data Loading

All the data you need to use Checklist is loaded automatically. For a trust most of it will be raw, patient-level data from PAS, but you can also load prepared, aggregate data (such as the CDS in England) from a spreadsheet or CSV file.
 
The automatic data loading is not difficult to use – some clients have been able to create a Checklist file covering their entire hospital inside two hours – but your information manager will need to be familiar with Access. There is extensive guidance on data loading in the Client area of the website but we also come on site to provide support and training to ensure there are no difficulties.
