Support

Client support: All support is covered by the annual licence fee. This includes on-site support and training sessions as well as remote support through web meetings, telephone calls and emails. We jealously guard our reputation for exceeding client expectations for the quantity and quality of our support arrangements.
 
Web meetings: This secure service is supplied by Webex. To arrange a web meeting, contact our help desk or your client manager. The link below will take you to our meeting area. Click join and enter your details to participate; a password is required.
