Checklist Libra is for short term capacity and waiting time planning. It models bed, theatre and clinic capacity – down to individual consultant surgeon sessions – together with waiting times for the whole patient journey from Referral to Treatment.
 
Checklist Janus is for optimising the number and allocation of beds. It models bed capacity by simulating day to day fluctuations and shows how often emergency patients might have to be turned away or elective operations cancelled under different scenarios.
