About Checklist Libra

Checklist Libra models the entire Referral to Treatment waiting list. It shows you what your RTT waiting list will look in each week up to three months into the future for each specialty. It allows you to see how short term changes in demand or capacity – extra sessions, consultants going on holiday, theatre closures, medical emergencies using up elective beds – will affect your waiting lists and waiting times.

With Libra you can quickly adjust your plans and find out what is the best and least costly way of meeting your waiting time targets.

The model comes with easy to read charts that show whether you’re heading for shortfalls or surpluses in capacity over the next three months. This means that you can quickly direct extra resources where they’re needed or know if it’s safe to take on extra activity. You can keep a continual balance between your supply and demand.
