Scenario planning

In Checklist you can look into the future and consider all the possible scenarios. You can create alternative scenarios for different levels of demand or activity, for different waiting list or capacity management regimes, different care pathways, and different financial environments. When you change a scenario you will see the impact of that change cascade through all the other elements of the model.

Then, with a couple of mouse clicks, you can put the scenarios together in any combination you like. You can give names to particular combinations and compare the results of up to four different combinations side by side.
