Activity planning

Checklist calculates future activity requirements for all services – emergencies, electives, outpatients and diagnostic services. It shows the recurring activity needed to keep up with demand, the non-recurring activity for controlling waiting times and the knock-on effects of extra outpatient work. You can run different future demand scenarios and plan for a few months into the future or several years.

Checklist will evaluate your proposed activity plan. Alternatively, you can use one of nine “built-in” activity plans – these automatically calculate the activity needed to keep up with demand, or to meet targets, or to stay within capacity or funding constraints.
