Activity & capacity plan

We provide you with a complete demand and capacity plan (LDP). This shows you the activity you need to commission in 2006/7 to keep up with emergency demand and meet waiting time targets. It will be broken down by provider and by recurring and non-recurring demand – including the knock-on effects of reducing outpatient waits. The analysis will be done at HRG level so you can see all the funding implications.

At the outset we agree with you what different scenarios need to be examined. These may cover care pathways, waiting list management, demand growth, funding, and performance issues. The service includes a feedback session, re-working scenarios where necessary, and a final handover session.

If your deadlines are tight the plan can usually be completed in 5 working days or less.

Fixed price: £10,000 + out-of-pocket expenses. (50% reduction for existing clients.)
