Activity planning

Checklist calculates future activity requirements for all services – emergencies, electives, outpatients and diagnostic services. It shows how much recurring activity you need to commission to keep up with demand and how much non-recurring activity will be needed to reduce waiting times. You can run different future demand and performance scenarios,  and plan for a few months into the future or several years.

Checklist will evaluate your proposed activity plan. Alternatively, you can use one of nine “built-in” activity plans – these automatically calculate the activity needed to keep up with demand, or to meet targets, or to stay within capacity or funding constraints.
