Diagnostics England is now available. These files are generated from Commissioner and Provider returns data as published by the DH. We advice checking the data quality for your individual organisation before considering the results. |

| How to Download: |
| 1. Choose a file from the
menu on the left. |
| 2. Right-Click the button |
| 3. Select "Save Target
As..." |
| 4. Check that the location
specified is the correct one: it should be the
Information folder that is inside the folder
where you originally installed Checklist (e.g.
C:\Program Files\Checklist\Information). Then
click Unzip to extract the files. |
| 5. Click Close to exit WinZip. |
| 6. Run Checklist and look
in the Tools menu... Information Sources for
your data. The drop-down menu shows the available
tables, and the Notes button has more information
about them. |
