We have been designing and supplying planning software for hospitals and commissioners since 1995. At that time we pioneered the concept of the ‘waiting list shape’ which makes it possible to see how a list is being managed and what scope there is for improving its management and reducing waiting times without compromising clinical priorities.

Over the years we have expanded the scope of Checklist to include every aspect 
of planning hospital services so that hospitals, commissioners, healthcare policy-makers can use the model to see precisely what is happening to services, and save money by allocating resources in the best possible way.

Over the last 3 years in response to the challenge of Referral to Treatment (RTT) waiting times and the huge pressure on costs now being felt, we have added Checklist Libra (for short term planning) and Checklist Janus (for bed planning) to our portfolio of products.

Our team of support staff have extensive experience of the NHS. All have spent the majority of their working lives working in or for the NHS in jobs ranging from front line clinical services to IT departments. They understand the problems and frustrations in providing and commissioning healthcare services. They are always on hand to give you the support you need.
